Chris + Ashleigh Isle of Mull Elopement

In March I ventured up to the Isle of Mull, Scotland to photograph Chris and Ashleigh's Elopement. A couple of years ago they had spent some time at Calgary bay and had fallen in love with the island, so naturally it felt right for them to elope there. They decided that a big wedding back home wasn’t for them and wanted to focus on the commitment to one another.

A short walk from where Chris and Ashleigh were getting ready was a forest that lead up a hill to a look out point with a stunning view over looking Calgary bay. The scheduled rain clouds held off and It was the perfect setting to exchange their vows. 

After their intimate ceremony we set off to explore the surrounding areas and to take a walk along the beach. Ashleigh looked amazing in her Jenny Peckham Dress accompanied by her green Doc Martens which made great for climbing around the rugged land. It was so fun and easy to capture these two and the connection they had together. After the beach we headed back to the Hayloft house for a cup of tea and some cake!
