Rangefinder winner 2019

I’m pretty excited to announce that I’ve been named one of Rangefinder Magazine rising stars of 2019! To be asked to submit photos is a huge honour, but to have won, blows my mind and Im still buzzing!

Rangefinder is one of the most respected publications in the industry, it is a New York based magazine for wedding and portrait photography. Each year leaders and professionals from around the world nominate up and coming wedding photographers that have been in their career for at least 5 years. You are asked to submit 30 photos that showcase how you photograph weddings, below are my 30 photos that I submitted

I sometimes feel like I fell into this job. When I was first starting out, I really had no Idea what I was doing. I had a few friends who believed in me, one taught me how to use a camera, and one built me a website. (Thank you) Fast forward a few years and I’ve travelled all over the world to photograph weddings, met some amazing people and eaten a ton of good food. I’ve worked really hard and every year I try to push myself creatively, I look at what I want to improve on and I push myself to get better. All that said - I feel really proud of myself!

Ive met some pretty cool people along the way who have been absolute gold and I wouldn’t be where I am today without you and finally a massive thanks to my family who have supported me and continue to cheer me on.
